Lucy Nabukonde               

Lucy Loice Nabukonde s.m. ist Ordensschwester der "Sisters of Mercy". Sie stammt aus Uganda und absolvierte zunächst eine Lehrerausbildung in Kenia und Uganda. Sie gibt verschiedene Kurse am Institut für Lehrerausbildung und an der Katholischen Universität von Ostafrika in Nairobi. Dort promoviert sie zur Zeit über die Frage der Bedeutung der Symbole in der ugandischen Lyrik.
