informed and motivated this way will in turn assist in
conscientising. In face of the constantly decreasing missionary
consciousness they will bear witness to the fact, that the church
is by its very nature missionary.

Our Aim The
faithful as well as multiplicators should be made aware, that they
are part of the universal church and that the local churches in
other cultural contexts possess theological and spiritual riches,
which they wish to share with us. This is the chief objective of
the formation and ongoing formation of the full time agents in the
spiritual ministry. Therefore we strive to inform and motivate
them, to incorporate the dimesion of the universality of the church
in their pastoral work. For only a person, that is himself or
herself moved, can also set others motion.
Our Multiplicators By the
full time agents in the spiritual ministry we mean women and men
Pastoral Agents at the parish and regional levels and priests; as
well as seminarians, lay students of Theology at the universities,
Training colleges, and others in training for pastoral
profession.
Theological Information In
Seminars of three to five days duration we deal with, among other
topics, pastoral models and theological developments in the local
churches in the south; but also themes like biblical foundation of
mission, understanding of mission after the Vatican council ,
inculturation, dialogue with world religions
etc.
Encounter Tours An
important element of conscientisation of the full time pastoral
agents is the encounter tours to local churches of the south. These
tours last two to three weeks and offer the opportunity of a
personal experience of the churches in many visits, meetings and
discussions.
